CPE in Ghana: World Sickle cell day

The PUBGEM-Africa project was represented at the 2023 World Sickle Cell Day which was organised by the Ghana Institute for Clinical Genetics at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital on Monday July 19, 2023

The team also took advantage of an invitation by the Sickle Cell Women and Girls (SWAG), NIH funded project which is spearheaded by Dr. Shameka Thomas to talk about the PUBGEM-Africa project and what it aims to achieve at a public engagement even organised by SWAG at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.
